Risca can be found just 5 minutes from Junction 28 of the M4 and has extensive public transport links to the surrounding cities, boasting a new train station within a 15 minute walk.
The recently decorated bungalow enjoys landscaped gardens and fantastic mountain views and sleeps up to 6 people, with a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a double bed settee in the living room. It has a comfortable lounge with separate dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridgefreezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A childrens high chair and travel cot are available on request.
The outside area to the front and rear of the property boasts beautiful gardens with patio and bar-b-que - area ( patio funiture and bar-b-que available for use ) and the rear of the property is fully secured with lockable storage shed for your use. There is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars on the secure gated driveway.
